Free Workshops

Workshops are available throughout Vermont for each of the six Self-Management Programs. These workshops provide a supportive atmosphere for participants to focus on building skills to manage their conditions by sharing experiences and providing mutual support. All of the programs are free to any Vermonter who meets the program requirements. Find a workshop that works for you.

These workshops are led by a trained Vermont Quit Partner and meet one hour a week for 4 to 6 weeks—however, many tobacco cessation programs are offered on an ongoing basis, with rolling admission. Participants may join at any time, and, on average, attend for 6 sessions. Tobacco Cessation programs are supported by the Vermont Department of Health, Tobacco Control Program.
