Find a workshop that you would like to attend. You can contact us if you have questions or can’t find a workshop on a date or time that works.

Start the workshop registration process online or connect with your local coordinator.

 Your coordinator will follow-up with you to confirm your registration and answer any questions you may have.

See a Vermont Diabetes Prevention Workshop in action and hear from actual participants and class leader on their experiences. While every workshop is different, all of them are designed to make you feel right at home. Together in a small group, you get help setting goals that feel right for you and support from each other.

Cynthia’s Story

After years of poor eating habits and low physical activity, Cynthia had warning signs of future health problems. She signed up for the National Diabetes Prevention Program in Vermont and learned how to make small lifestyle changes over time to improve her health. The positive results were so life-changing, she wanted to inspire others to take control of their health, too. Cynthia is now a trained Lifestyle Coach for the program.
