Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) @ Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center | Windsor | Vermont | United States

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) programs are for anyone who has mental health difficulties or is struggling to incorporate wellness tools and strategies into their lives. Designed in Vermont at the Copeland Center with input from the Vermont Psychiatric Survivors and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, these workshops focus on developing action plans, skills for self-management and recovery. Each Wellness Recovery Action Plan workshop is led by two facilitators, one or both of whom are peers in recovery. The workshop is composed of 24 hours of content, but may be offered in either four 6-hour sessions, six 4-hour sessions or eight 3-hour sessions.
